Against my better judgement, I went out on a limb and decided to use this company for a ice machine purchase at our ranch house rather than using commercial ice machine as we always have in the past. Our ice machine stopped harvesting ice two weeks ago. We have called every day since and have been misled on every occasion. The owner finally called me back today and suggested that we find someone else to service his equipment.
