I live at Reservoir Crossing a condo complex in Braintree that was built by Dellbrook Construction. I am currently ready to sell my condo but unfortunately I cannot Because Dellbrook used Interior wood on the Exterior of are complex!!!!! The whole place is falling apart and is only five years old!!!! Don’t trust this company. I’m very disappointed that a company of this stature would stoop so low as to save money or make such a carless mistake.
