my hair was completely FRIED off by raeann. after discussing maintaining the integrity of my hair, going for a rooted blonde look and focusing on hair health …i left with platinum broken off hair. it’s been a nightmare every day seeing how much of my hair has broken off since the appointment. if you want to go lighter or blonde do not go here. it will probably take me a year to recover my hair. i should have known 4 hours into an appt for “highlights” that she had no idea what she was doing.

I went for the first time to lighten my roots and tone down my ends. After 2 hours, my ends were 0.5 darker and my roots a little bit reddish (almost black hair here). Nothing noticeable. I called next morning to say how disappointed I was with the service since that subtle tone I could have got it in the supermarket for $10, and I had paid $125. Noelle is an incredible colorist and truly is a gem in this town! Noelle has completely revived my daughter’s hair as well as my own & I can’t say enough about the perfection & blend of colors. She is worth every penny! Thank you Noelle!

I absolutely LOVE this salon! Super-friendly atmosphere and immaculate. My stylist was extremely attentive and ensured my cut and color met my expectations. So many salons make you feel like you should be primped up just to be there, however at this salon I’m comfortable just being me. The salon oozes positivity! From a convenience perspective, both on-street and parking behind the building are available. Prices are reasonable too. And they have coffee! Highly recommend! Thank you ladies… Look forward to my return!
