Beware Dellaria is extremely expensive! I received a basic hair cut and hair dry that last less than 30 minutes (19 minutes from the time my appointment started until I paid) and was charged $96 without the tip! They classified it as a hair cut and blow out (no products were used for the "blowout" and my hair is so fine and one layer that it was practically dried already anyways) There are more experienced, skilled and higher quality salons in the area that charge far less for better services. Not only did they squeeze me in as a walk-in but Lina gave me a fantastic haircut. She gave me a much needed short cut and thinned my bulky hair. Love it!!!
I came to the salon for a cut and blowdry, asked for 3-4 inches off (my hair was down to my butt) and left with shoulder length hair, nothing that looked like the picture I had shown the hairdresser. I didn’t say anything at the time because I was nervous and not a confrontational person which I regret doing, but I spent hours crying afterwards because of my hair, not to mention it cost $100 and the price is not advertised anywhere on their website. JanMarie gave me an amazing cut; she is a veritable artist. Can’t think of going anywhere else even though it is a long drive for me. The salon itself is nice, clean, full of live plants.
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. On Tuesday, May 20, I went to Dellaria Salon in Shrewsbury for a balayage and brought a sample photo. The work looked nothing like what I asked for. The next day I went to get it fixed, and it was worse. It was unprofessional and poorly done. I'll attach photos of how it turned out. I paid a lot of money, $552 before tips.
