I’ve been renting from this business for around 8 years. Beautiful construction. Any time I have needed something whether it be small or an emergency I get an immediate response and someone is there to fix it. Pleasant office staff and maintenance man. I haven’t had any issues and I find them to be fair.
Would give 0 stars if I could! Kelly and Marie are unprofessional. The final security deposits are made up depending on what Marie wants to charge that day. I had a friend that moved into these complexes and had to pay more than us for no specified reason. We did not get our full security deposit back and there was no damage done. I would not recommend anyone to live here. Also the owner Vincent cursed out one of our neighbors over landscaping fees. How unprofessional.
