Would give 0 stars if I could! Kelly and Marie are unprofessional. The final security deposits are made up depending on what Marie wants to charge that day. I had a friend that moved into these complexes and had to pay more than us for no specified reason. We did not get our full security deposit back and there was no damage done. I would not recommend anyone to live here. Also the owner Vincent cursed out one of our neighbors over landscaping fees. How unprofessional.
My husband and I needed to find a place to live when we moved from FL to NY and we were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived and saw the beautiful apts. We have been so happy living here -it is truly a family oriented community. We spend quality time with so many other renters in this community and we all can’t imagine not meeting each other.
