Each day is different so it's keeping me engaged and my body is better at adjusting to change and doesn't fall into mindless exercise. It's a real balance of strength and cardio.
I love going to Dellafit in beautiful Rushcutters. Della’s workouts are always different and they cater to all levels of fitness. And, I love she doesn’t ever shout at us! :) Highly recommend!
