I was referred by my PCP back in December due to severe snoring and have since experienced periods of time where I stop breathing at night. I waited about a month and never heard back. I then called several times but was unable to speak to anyone. I left a couple voicemails with my contact information and here is it April, and still have not heard anything. If they never received the referral they should have at least had the consideration to call me back and let me know. I cannot imagine how I would be treated as a patient ... read more

Dr Dellacono has been my ENT doctor for a few years. Usually go to Mystic office. Attentive and explains everything. Had a complicated problem he handled and resolved. Excellent office and profl staff.
