Dr. Della Mora is the most professional, caring, intellectual psycologist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting and working with. She has helped me through some very difficult times with the caretaking of my husband and his ultimate death after 6 years. In my estimation and the opinions of other people who have used her professionally-she is the best.
This is the worst experience I have ever had with a health care provider. My insurance was improperly billed for services never rendered on the date specified. When I attempted to get resolution I was treated in a rude, condescending manner. This provider refuses to acknowledge that she never provided a report or any analysis of my case. I asked the provider to cease all work on my case and that was never done; instead I was billed for 6 hours of services that are a complete farce. Took over two months to produce a report and then it was intentionally wrong for the purpose of hurting me. Shameful and unethical.
