Just bought a 2025 Mazda CX-50 and when we test drove it we felt a little shake in tires. The service department checked it over and found that it just had a bunch of snow packed in the wheel. I will update as time passes and car may need servicing
I would give 0 or negative stars if I could. Our 2016 Mazda 3 started having performance issues while we were out of town. Took it to a local place and they said the computer that controls the transmission was starting to go. We went to the dealer thinking that would be the best place to have the computer looked at. Fast forward and the service department asked us to authorize additional labor costs because they couldn't identify the issue within a standard diagnostic time.
