I had my taxes done and I had a problem with my refund. Upon several voicemails that were never returned I decided to go in person and I did that several times to explain the situation and leave copies of my returns and IRS letter I got no answers. I finally went in to speak to the owner Ms. Della to only have the blame put on me and state that I have to call the IRS myself to resolve my refund problem. I thought that’s what I paid her for.
