After my car was hit by someone I immediate called Della Collision to get in for a quote. The woman on the phone told me that they could not look at the car until Progressive (the person who hit me has Progressive insurance) provided a quote. Della Collision Center, located on Bay Road in Queensbury New York recently completed some repairs on our vehicle. The work was satisfactory. After overlooking a substantial part of the collision repair they made good on what we were charged by reimbursing us. All in all, satisfactory work.

Brought my Caddy XT5 in for repair. Left front door,left front fender,front fascia. Was side swiped They had my car 2 weeks. It has the white tri-coat paint. Just got it back and everything done to perfection. Perfect paint match and it looks amazing. Looks like it was when I purchased it! Seams all aligned perfectly Great job guys, I am truly impressed with the workmanship. Entire staff that I dealt with were very pleasant,helpful and professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this shop
