We bought a new Buick from Della a couple of weeks ago. We experienced a catastrophic engine failure within the first 200 miles. The folks at Della, specifically Rome, our salesman, Eric, the GM, and George, the service manager convinced GM to provide us with a brand new car. They bent over backwards to make sure we were happy. Thanks!
Mediocre collision repair.....I brought my new truck in for a repair and received it with a list of unrepaired items and items repaired poorly....However they did a better job repairing it the second time, but it should have never been given the approval to go to the customer the way it was repaired the first time...
D'Ella Cadillac has the best service department in the capital district. From the girls at the front counter, to the service manager to the technicians. They can't be beat!
This by far the only dealership I trust to work on my truck. They've installed a new motor, suspension and various other maintenance work. I have never had a problem with anything that was repaired or serviced by them. Anything they ever brought to my attention that needed to be repaired or replaced, I was able to verify or knew about the problem and forgot to tell them and they found it and told me! Excellent customer service, friendly, nice place to buy a new or used car. Purchased a used car from Della Buick GMC Cadillac recently and it looks and runs like brand new. The service department did a wonderful job of making sure the car I purchased was in perfect running and pristine condition before I received it. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone planning on buying a car in the near future.
