Absolutely Unacceptable – Dell’s Warranty and Customer Service Are a Scam I am writing this review to warn anyone considering buying a Dell product or their “premium” extended warranty: do not do it. Three Decade Long Dell Customer: NO MORE! Absolute worst of the worst: Several issues on day one, sent for repair, they fixed something and put in a defective replacement screen, then sent back out for a 2nd new screen, and finally able to use it? No. Battery severely degraded (not like 10-20%, but 70%). My daughter can't really use it at school unless in a room w/an outlet. They said the battery is consumable, so no coverage. Insane!
