This practice refused to see me from a previous balance of $7 remaining on my account that ended up paid once I finally got a letter in the mail notifying me of the $7 balance that in reality should have been written off since it was for a cleaning covered by my insurance and the practice was overcharging based on what insurance would cover.
If you have Medicaid, don’t bother going here, even if you have private insurance too. I have both Medicaid and Delta Dental, and clearly said I was only using my private insurance. They still refused to treat me. I understand that offices can be overwhelmed or worried about billing mistakes or going over their Medicaid panel, but I wasn’t trying to use Medicaid at all.
