I had a very bad experience with Dell from start to finish but I’ve read the responses to negative reviews and I feel uncomfortable sharing. Their technician was wonderful and the pool service was pretty good.

From start to finish Anthony was a pleasure to work with. He was professional, upfront and transparent with the whole process of installing our first pool. We went with a Leisure Pools 40' Pinnacle. I have dealt with plenty of contractors and the biggest issues are communication, timeline and price transparency. That was not the case with Dell Outdoor. My emails and phone calls were answered same day. I recommend them highly.

Dell Outdoor are pros! Our experience with them was outstanding. They trouble shooted our issues, offered cost saving alternatives, followed up with phone calls during the repair process and after job was finished. Even after their job was ‘ complete’, i was struggling with issues of my own making, Roberto came out on his own and discovered the issue!…Thank You Dell Outdoor!

Very disappointed with my experience. I was asked to pay $700 just to receive a quote, which came as a surprise since most other professionals I contacted afterwards offer quotes free of charge. I felt pressured into paying for something that is typically complimentary in this industry.
