I had them come out to diagnose a hot tub operation problem. Based on their diagnoses, I went out and hired an electrical contractor to make electrical repairs only finding out that the problem still exists and I did not need the services of a electrician. Dell refused to come out a re-diagnose the problem without additional diagnostic fees; ie, they mis-diagnosed the problem in the first place.
