I have lived at del lake for almost 6 years . The park is nice and clean we love our place everyone is friendly and lots of stuff to do at the clubhouse. Nice swimming pool and a nice new dock for fishing. There is always plenty of activities things to do if you want to get involved. We really like it here the managers are great and the people are too.
Property is being sold. Current management does not return phone calls nor respond to emails even when multiple messages are left. Our house has been on the market and although at least three people have expressed interest in purchasing, they have not received callbacks from our selling agent. Park itself is good. Management and owners do not care about homeowners
