I have lived here for quite some time now. The pool deck refurbishing looks fantastic and the views of the lake outstanding. The management team is the best I have experienced since being a resident of Dell Lake Village. They are excellent at what they do and it shows by the way they manage the park.

I think that for what we pay we should can put a fence for our dogs. and also the OWNER should take care for the houses close to the lake that it shouldn't be there and get flooded on summer time. BUT THE ONWER just don't care just like to still from seniors.
