Poor customer support I would not recommend purchasing from this company
One of the worst computer manufacturer , period. Non existing, abysmal thermal solutions particularly if you buy XPS desktop or Laptop. Cheapest parts used, tiny pan cake cooler for an i7 that sounds like a truck idling inside your pc , working too hard to cool down even an idling i7 CPU. Generic cheap horrible power supply , fan makes strange noises. Another cheap crucial Nvme fitted inside this paper weight. PC.
