Spent $1,639 for a new desktop computer. None of the documentation, including the operating manual, shown on the packing list, were in the box!!! Dell forgot to send them!!! When I ask to have them shipped to me, they refuse. They will only send links to the documents. I TEFUSE TO HAVE TO USE MY PAPER AND INK TO PRINT THEM. Better Business Bureau notified. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE / SERVICE!!!
Dell computers are junk these days. Just lost a 3rd laptop in 5 years. I also had issues with a 1 month old desktop in 2025. I'll never buy from Dell again.
Please do not renew the 18.8 million dollar contract with ICE for the Microsoft software licenses coming up in March 2026. ICE is destroying our community through terrorism tactics. Please consider how your product is being used for harm and make a choice for humanity.
