I made a big mistake thinking the Dell XPS17 was a good deal. I have had countless power-management issues. What really sucks is that I have been sitting with it since 2023, wanting to "Activate Windows." I contacted Dell for the activation code or key code, and they asked me to pay $200. I have been a Dell customer, both personal and business, since around 2001 and I generally enjoyed good, long lifespans on all of the products I have bought from them with minimal component failures. They used to also have great service and warranty support. And the buying experience used to be top notch.
