This is the worst laptop I have ever owned! The screen doesn’t work, it flashes repeatedly. I can’t click on the tool bar and select a file. When I called dell they told me they would not exchange it or fix it. Basic support keeps having me reboot. Problem keeps getting worse. I have had this computer in service since December and since I open the computer in December, 30 days after delivery. Since it was 30 days after order they won’t fix it or stand behind it. Through the years I have had mixed successes with their computers. Sometimes, it is because their technology isn't quite compatible with all the Mocrosoft updates and sometimes, it just does manage the easy tasks in a prompt manner. Overall, they've stayed in the ball game.
I recently was working at Morgan Stanley on the new office computer's everything was all good until one of the top executives at the company told my company Dell that I was working for that they dont want my kind of people around his office, yes I AM African American. So I was removed from a project that was promised to me by Peak Systems So Thank you to the good people at Morgan Stanley for being so racist.
