Dell seems to be a great person and seems to really know hair, but I was mortified at the customer service I received and the way she runs her business. I scheduled myself and my two daughters for a root touch up and two trims, and when we arrived, she told us that she was booked and we would need to reschedule. Then changed her mind and said she could do the root touch up and one trim. She squeezed me in last minute and had me in and out. Overall she’s super good at what she does and definitely will be returning. 10/10 recommend ❤️
this hairdresser is so professional and respectful. she prides herself on doing all hair styles and is an active member of the community. i’ll be going to her till i none longer can 🫶🏼
