Wish we would have read the reviews before we booked and appt here! The billing dept needs attention! They practically stole private info that was no longer active! This after we told them that insurance is no longer active. Do your homework before getting seen Here
Very bad experience with the front desk. I dont know how the entire dept inside that door can be so nice (especially the doctor) and the entire reception area people can be so rude. 1st they dont give you a suite number and expect you to automatically come to the 1st floor. Then deny the appointment and make you stand there and request again and again. Despite having an empty waiting area. Its not like they are full. Then they behave like they are the boss and say ok. Absolutely AMAZING! I was amazed with the staff and Dr. Megan Geloneck. She went above and beyond. I felt 100% heard and safe with her. The staff followed up with any concerns, which felt good. Nothing but positive vibes.
