Great provider (Dr. Sathiamoorthi), great nurses/assistants! But their billing department leaves a lot to wish for. They charge you ahead of time for their services, before billing insurance, even though we've never taken longer than 24 hours to pay any medical bills in full after receiving a bill. Charging ahead of time greatly complicates our accounting, for taxes, for HSA, etc. They should wait for insurance to issue EOBs before they charge patients. Very clean, organized and accommodating. Doctor we had was very good with kids, very quick and informative. Nurses are kind and calm.

Dr. Hoang and her staff are very caring and compassionate. Last visit even though the office was quite busy, Dr. Hoang took time with me to answer all my questions and guide me to make appropriate decisions regarding a future surgery.
