Friendly, little waiting around, efficient, clean!
Easy access, and parking. Front desk staff and provider were kind and knowledgeable. However, I was given quite a hard time about out of network insurance payment. My ins will pay at the desk, as a credit card, regardless of network status. I was told they won't accept that credit card payment, per the office manager. As though it's monopoly money and not cash in their bank. Office manager called me back to discuss but I preferred not to hear a ridiculous excuse or reasoning. My son’s first appointment as a T1D patient was structured, thorough and professional. In addition, there was a kindness that gave room for peace to ask questions and take as much time as we needed to feel comfortable.
The doctor does not listen at all. She made her own decision regardless what symptoms my child has. She is cold, there is no empathy or compassion. She wouldn’t care if your child develops irreversible complications. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor at all.
