Stopped in to grab a large pizza with my family before heading out for some Halloween activities. Upon walking in I immediately could tell they were very busy as are most pizzerias are on Halloween. I know from personal experience as I worked in a family owned Italian pizzeria for years. The woman at the register was not welcoming whatsoever!! Awesome as usual. Eat there 2-3 times a week!... especially with Tres Leches that's homemade!
We tried two different items, the barbecue chicken pizza and the garlic bites pizza. Both of them were very good! Both had a good char on the bottom, without being burnt. The flavors were good, and they were generous with the toppings. We will definitely go back to try some of the other specialities!
Brick oven pizza was good. Might be my favorite pizza overall in Stratford. I just like a good thin pizza with a dark under carriage. Buffalo wrap was incredible, a bit too spicy but still great. Chicken parm wedge was amazing. Wings are really good. We got the chicken parm spaghetti and it’s a good, simple recipe. Chicken was cooked well. If you like thin crust pizza with a crispy (slightly burnt) bottom this is the place. It's amazingly good. I've also have the calzone and chicken parm wedge, both also excellent. On a Sunday night I'll bike there and sit outside with a small pie all to myself.
