Very rude people. Like the other reviews I did not receive notification, I also found out when I pulled my credit. Then when asked if the balance is paid in full, can the account be removed from my credit, I was told no, that is bribery. Really? The girl was rude as hell, I tried to be as friendly as I could, but in reality her customer service sucked...
