Worst service. It's not first time they have been out of service last 2 to 3 days. Nightmare is we cannot reach out to tech support directly. No one answers the call and voicemail not sure if they even listen. Working with them for over 3 years but service is very poor and do not recommend at all. We have the chat screenshot from Aug 17th and the agent did identify our account and suggested to reach out DoorDash and Clover saying it their issue. We have been using deliverect for over a year now. It has made our workflow very efficient and easy. The support team is always great, and is always there to help when we have any issues and shoutout to Benjamin for being so kind and helpful.
Worst service ever. Last Thursday I edited my business timings and published from the deliverect manager. Since then the HST was removed from the sales. I didn't do any other edits other than changing my closing times for summer. Its been 5 days and still they cant fix it. They say a ticket is been made. There is no way I can reach them other than emails. They don't have a Canadian contact no, I think. What normally should be a 5 minutes job has already taken 6 days and no fix. I regret joining them.
