Told us we could come in for a free eval. Things went well and we booked to start treatment. Had family emergency so had to reschedule the start of treatment and the admin was very rude about it. So we ended up going with another orthodontist and then found out they charged our insurance for the “free” evaluation anyways. 10/10 don’t recommend.
We went on a hunt for a orthodontist for my daughters braces and Delio was by far the best! They all are friendly and informative. I love that they remember a week later about a trip my daughter was going on after meeting her once and asked about it and remembered. They went over the plan with me since dad brought her before to make sure I was aware. they all shook my hand and introduced themselves. I don't know how else to put it... this place feels like home. Super excited to go through this braces journey with Delio!
Absolutely loved the experience from here. We were always welcomed and felt like family they truly pay attention to the need of everyone. I get so many compliments on my teeth since having braces and my brothers are now getting some themselves. So worth it.
Our family has had the best experience with Delio Orthodontics. From the first meeting the staff made us and my daughter feel so comfortable with their services. My daughter gets very nervous and asks lots of questions but Dr Delio and the rest of the staff were very patient with her and put her at ease. Dr Delio and Tracey were so helpful in answering our questions regarding the treatment plan and everything has gone seamless. I would recommend Delio Orthodontics to anyone who is looking for braces, they are the best!!
