I wasn’t initially pleased with a misdiagnosis that there was a disconnect of our ductwork they could do nothing about it. After removing drywall myself I proved no disconnection and called Delintz back. They sent another technician who found and removed a huge block of lint in our duct. The airflow is now full strength and I appreciate Delintz resolving our issue!
The Tech was prompt, professional, and communicated clearly about timing, and process. He was even able to set up reminder to have the clean out done again in 18 months. I will definitely be using them again.
