Karen and her staff are the best! It's so nice to go to a pet shop that loves and cares so well for the animals and wants them to have human interaction so they are prepared for people & homes. Can't say enough good things about them.

Delilah’s staff is amazing! So knowledgable about everything! I got my dog from here and any time I bring him in they’re so welcoming. I also get my dog groomed here, and no matter who grooms him he always looks great! I really trust them and think they’re the go to place in Bloomington!
The staff here are incredible! Super nice and very helpful. The entire crew assisted me on one way or another with the choosing of “Loki” our new addition to the family. We’ve wanted a Boston Terrier for awhile and the timing was perfect. Thank you so much, all of you!
