Never listens, argues with patient about how they're feeling, difficult to get prescriptions. In order to have prescriptions refilled, she blackmails you: She requires a 2-minute, $200 appointment every 3 months to get scrips filled. These are ordinary scrips I've been taking for 30 years...!!!
Very poor customer service. Becky was requested to make an appointment with Dr. Cannon multiple times before I hung up and went to another provider.
Horrific. When I tried to express , 1 in particual,(masses of fluids in lower abdomen), Dr.Barnica quickly told me that ," if that were true, you would not even be able to walk",shaking his head from side to side. I replied, " Not even on 2-100 mcg Fentanyl patches? He just shook his head and quickly did an exam. But hey, he did spend some time popping some black heads that had gathered down there. 1) Received auto phone message that told me to call 877.848.1457 to make appt. Bogus number; wouldn't take appointments. Why would you send that number? 2) Went to Patient Portal and it wanted me to download new app. Always worked before. You guys make it waaay too hard to schedule an appointment.
I have had two surgeries with Dr. Barnica, both were handled perfectly. I highly recommend both he & his staff. In addition to being very proficient at his trade, he is caring with an engaging personality.
Arrogant fool who will be on the other side of the examination table soon enough. Hope Dr. Castelein is treated with the same lack of attention, courtesy, and compassion she showed my father.
