We ordered a carrot cake for a friends retirement celebration and it truly did not disappoint. Not only was it picture perfect, but it was melt in your mouth delicious. I would highly recommend going to Delightful Bites by Nina for all your special bakery needs.
Picked up a selection of assorted cookies, a slice of apple crumb, a brownie, and a blondie to bring to a friend’s dinner. All were DELICIOUS!
This is the kind of bakery you don’t forget! We had moved away 5 years ago but knew that when we came home for holiday I wanted to order desserts! Nina always goes above and beyond and everything is delicious!
We ordered both a first birthday cake and a smash cake for our daughter, and they were absolutely perfect. Not only were they decorated beautifully and matched our theme flawlessly, but they were also incredibly delicious. The entire party was raving about how good the cake was! We couldn’t have been happier and will definitely be ordering again. Highly recommend!
Such a joyous place to visit - and an amazing representation of all that is good and wonderful about the Catskills and the potential of Cairo. The baked goods are prepared carefully, thoughtfully and lovingly and each bite brings delight! I can’t recommend this establishment - and the incredible staff - highly enough! Brava!!!
