20 minutes late on the 30minute pickup window. My mom will be missing an appointment she waited months to get. Currently on hold for 8minutes waiting to get a refund. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE!!!
Regularly late with pick up's and drop off's. I talked with Greg who reported to be the owner of the company and he was unprofessional and lacked accountability. I would not recommend this company.
My driver drove 75 in a 55 for the entirety of my trip. The check engine light and low tire pressure light were on, and he blasted Christian radio while talking on his cell phone. It was a white knuckle ride with a terrible soundtrack. Hardly a delight.
