This company is almost cartoonishly bad. I have scheduled rides every day of the week for my treatment. Same time every single day. Was outside waiting for 45 mins. 45 mins after I was told “driver is 10 minutes from your location.” Driver showed up 45 minutes later, and was driving reckless. SILVER PRIUS there’s a check engine light ON and whenever this car turns stops and etc it will shake(wish I was kidding), MIGHT WANNA GET THAT FIXED DELIGHT BEFORE IT BREAKS DOWN ON SOMEONE(someone like me especially going TO my appointment). Car ain’t even that old to my knowledge but something’s already wrong with it. Sooner or later it’ll break down when going to or from an appointment then whose fault will it be? Video below , hope it comes thru clearly.

This transportation company is absolutely terrible. They have no idea how to handle children with autism, and they don’t even provide proper child safety seats as required. I honestly have no idea how such irresponsible companies are allowed to operate, let alone get paid for this kind of service.

Driver of the van license plate BY 90849 is a lunatic. Reckless driving cut off a 26' box truck very close to crashing. You can also see that the driver is touching his phone while behind the wheel. This company should hire better drivers.
