This company is terrible. They are never on time, and have now several times on a direct service trip set up through MTM taken my child on a trip through the cities to go pick up and drop off other people. Absolutely unsafe and have notated to refuse any rides from this company.
I would give negative stars if I could. There is no way to communicate with them outside of calling your health insurance to activate the ride. I waited for over 2 HOURS just to get home from my appointment. Worst. Transportation. Company. Ever.
