Hyde is a delight to deal with and a gentleman. I was initially reserved as an interstate buyer when I arrived to pick up the car, the dealership looked a bit small and off broadway. However, despite a couple small issues (which Hyde sorted immediately) the team is genuine in the sincerity and effort to help clients out. The employees were fantastic to deal with much better than other used car dealerships. Unfortunatly they purchased a car that I was interested in with a very poor service history with over 30,000 km of no service records and did not list this on the advertisement. Unfortunatly this was a deal breaker for me. But I am also glad they were honest and did not try to fabricate some sort of history as some other dealerships might so cedit to them for this. Yuxin (Louis) was so great, I’m a interstate buyer, he picked me up, took me to the car, made a great presentation when picking up the car, with a nice bow tie on it, it was a great experience and most of all had a great personality, and extremely kind!
