Delicious Deliveries charges $8.99 for a delivery fee, $2+ for a convenience charge and then tax on all the costs, not just your food. The drivers get a "piece" of those charges but they are very aggressive about obtaining a tip. If you use the online version and use a credit card but do not include tip online, then you will be brought a manual card authorization upon delivery and asked to fill in the total yourself...while being told that the driver DOESN'T get any of the service charges already levied. Wow - so lame! Delicious Deliveries has a ridiculous policy that they won't deliver to patients in hospitals. My brother is laid up with leg surgery and a delivered meal would have been just the ticket! Oh well - several other places DO deliver to hospitals so that's where my money will go.
I order from Delicious Deliveries at least once a week, it's perfect after getting off work late when you don't want to eat fast food, but don't have the energy to cook a real meal either. They are open till 9 which is nice with my work schedule, and are usually pretty quick.
Delicious Deliveries is great. I have been ordering from them from years now whenever we have friends and family over for big dinners. It's nice because you can just order a bunch of items and everyone can try a little bit of everything, minus a big clean up. Over the years they have offered more and more restaurants in my area, so they definitely have a good selection regardless of your taste.
Delicious Deliveries is awesome. I am a picky eater with food allergies and they are always super accommodating as well as patient with my diet :) The drivers are usually pretty quick, but if you're impatient order ahead of time online
CPK is one of my favorite restaurants. I used to get their takeout and then I found out about DD. You can order online and usually get your food in about an hour, not bad for 8 bucks. I'd recommend DD to anyone :)
I absolutely love this service. They have tons of options as far as restaurants go, you can order online, the drivers are always quick and friendly, and I don't have to spend hours cooking dinner. AWESOME service.
