Horrible, stopped in yesterday (Sat. 7/11) right before closing and spent $18. for 3 bagels with cream cheese. I ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese and when I was halfway home I took a bite and it tasted terrible. It was burnt to a crisp. There were only 3 very young people working, obviously no supervisor. Whoever put the cream cheese on the bagel obviously knew it was burnt. Never again. Owner should get better help or be there watching! Unacceptable.
USE GLOVES WHEN HANDLING FOOD!! The bagels are GREAT!!! However, if you’re not willing to stomach poor food hygiene and poorly trained staff, move along. Not one of the young kids wore gloves while handling the food. The young lady who took our bagels from the bin used the tissue paper to protect her hands from touching the food, then dropped the bagel on the cutting board and used bare hands to finish the job. Went in this morning and picked up 2 dozen mixed bagels. The old white lady bagged them and I initially forgot to ask her to slice them in half for me. So when I asked her if she could, she got real nasty. Huffing and puffing in an exaggerated manner like she hated her job. She dumped the bagels out of the paper bag and started slicing them in half like she was in a rush. Meanwhile, I was the only person in the bagel shop. If i could give zero stars i would. I ordered a sesame bagel, toasted, w cream cheese on the side for my wife and it rang up 4.99$. I thought i misheard the lady and i left with my bagel. I checked my bank statement days later to see it actually was 5 bucks hahaha. Never again
