My girlfriend had an appointment scheduled at 11. She arrived 20 minutes prior to her appointment. Upon entering she wasn’t greeted or checked in. She moved up to the front desk and proceeded to wait 20 minutes for a hair stylist to greet her and check her in. No one said anything and she proceeded to see hair stylist greet and sit other clients that came in after her.
