Nate got me into the best shape of my life!!! He understands your goals, body type, strengths and weaknesses and customizes your regimen to your needs. And CORE…ladies if your back hurts, if your hips hurt, if your neck hurts from stress or poor posture etc. you can cure this by strengthening your core. Thank you Nate!! I’m beyond grateful for, Nate! Over the past couple of years, I’ve lost a total of 179 lbs, and I’m still going strong with another 20 to go. The journey has been anything but easy. Hands down the best personal trainer I have had the pleasure of working with. No cookie cutter experience like with most trainers. Nate took the time to know me and my limitations and worked with me to craft the appropriate workout that would work best for me and produce the best results. Haven’t been able to find someone as dedicated as Nate since I moved away.
