Never order online, unless you want to be paying for missing items. Used to be a lovely restaurant & it’s a shame, food quality is still delicious, but customer service is not good. Years ago, we took our first break from coming in because a manager or owner kept making comments about my weight (I’d been going to Delilah’s for 2 decades & this was after I gained substantial weight due to health problems). Great pizza and Greek dishes. Plenty of other good items to choose from. Been going here for almost 20 Years.
Food is good. The trade off for the lack of service makes it not worth my time anytime soon. Took a party of 9, had to go get coffee myself because our waitress was one of 3 for the entire restaurant. Food took a long time to come out and was never completed once it did come out. My entire family got so tired of waiting for the check and English muffin that was supposed to come with my wife’s meal that they all went to the car and left me sitting at the giant table alone in hopes someone would bring the check.
