Attorney Delia called me back after missing an appointment and was very apologetic and had a free consultation over the phone. I really appreciate that. :)
Hice una cita para el viernes y me llamaron para cambiarla para el sabado a medio dia. Esperé por mas de 2 horas el sabado pero nadie abrio la oficina. Tambien llamé varias veces a 2 diferentes numeros de telefono y nadie contestó. Nunca recibi una llamada para cambiar mi cita de el sabado. Esto no es profesional!
I had an appointment and a few hours before my appointment I received a call to reschedule for Saturday at noon. I waited for over an hour on Saturday outside of the office and nobody ever got there. Called two different office numbers but there was no answer. I didn't receive a call to cancel or reschedule my Saturday appointment. This is very unprofessional!
