Staff were welcoming and very kind. Food was 10/10, mac and cheese was STILL warm after my 40 min trip back to my hotel. Their menu is extremely versatile for a deli and super customizable. Ordering online was very convenient. I live on Long Island and we have some pretty good delis but nothing beats their Italian hero with mozzarella. Thank you thank you, Deli To Go!
Mac and cheese had no cheese in it, it had a weird onion stink to it. The sweet potato fries tasted good with the horseradish sauce but they were soggy. $11.17 for those two things is a bit much since I hated the macaroni and cheese so much… please make the noodles al dente and add more creamy cheese sauce and get the onion smell out of there

I asked for a Italian sub with oil and vinegar, hot peppers, etc. After a short time my sub was ready, $15 she said, I gave her $20 and said keep the change. When I got home i saw why it was so much. The only reason I put a 4 for atmosphere is because we didn't actually go into the place and instead used the drive thru. Which we thought was so cool. The attendant was very helpful and the service was quick.
Did something change? In the last two weeks, I have gone twice. Each time I went, no one ever came to the window. The food has been good, but now I cant even get to order the food. After 5 minutes, I just drive away. Sad.
