So I’ve been coming here for a little bit and it’s not the doctor I have an issue with. It’s the staff that’s horrible, their attitudes, they’re always talking about some office drama that you can hear them from the room. Not only that, every single time we go in they’re so rude that I’ve even said something multiple times. You call 30 minutes before they close, don’t! They stop answering calls

The staff in the office is awful I try to deal with the Merced location instead. My dad was dying and I would tell them we have a referral for this or that. The second you interrupt them from their chisme time. They get attitude with, stop answering calls, and end up being rude. If you see Dr. Medefind you can also see him in Merced just fyi
