Update after your reply: What are you sorry for exactly? Will you bring in better doctors? Will you be transparent about the process? Will you start revealing the actual correct success rate? If you take your records to another doctor after a failed cycle here, you will realize how deeply flawed their process is. In my case, they followed the wrong protocol entirely, even transferring a Day 3 and a Day 5 embryo together. This clinic felt more like a transactional shop than a medical practice—they are incredibly money-minded and seem to care more about profit than patient outcomes.
