I absolutely love this gym! I was never one to feel comfortable in the gym, very body conscious and felt like people were staring at me or judging me for using a machine the wrong way. I’ve had my membership for 2 years now and absolutely love this gym. The gym staff are great people, awesome to work with and really know their stuff! Shout out to Dawn and Shawn for always making my gym days fun. Dahei and Shawn are great trainers and have been great with making sure I get the best workout possible while protecting my bad back.

So glad I found a home gym 5 years ago at Delhi Fitness. The facility is clean, great selection of free weights and machines. This is a no nonsense gym. Not a destination for social media "influencers" to take videos/pics. We are there to work out, sweat and have a great time doing it. Wide age range of members, easy parking and close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

Delhi Fitness is a fabulous place to work out! Great owners and training team. A lot of variety in aerobic equipment and strength training equipment. I’m sorry to be leaving but I’m moving out of state.
