I have been workin with Alex since January and he has helped given me the movitation to show up for myself.He pushes me(a little)is easy to get along with,takes the time to make sure I’m doing the exercises correctly and doesn’t make me feel judged.Im gettin stronger and more confident each time! Everyone is so friendly it’s clean and the music is good! So glad I found this place!

I never thought I would be one of those people who goes to a gym or works out on a regular basis. I started at Delhi Fitness Club just to get a jump start on losing the baby weight from my third kid. What I didn’t expect when I started back in September, was to still be consistently working out 1-2 times a week. As a mom of three (ages 1-11) time is not something I have a lot of. Nice clean gym that is open 24/7. The trainers are great. I have been using Dahei for awhile. He is great!!

went in today to sign up for a membership, didn’t realize nobody would be working the front desk today, got yelled at by clientele for waiting by the front desk for someone to come out and help me, will not be signing up with this gym

I love my Delhi Fitness family... everyone is so friendly and encouraging! Dawn and Sean will definitely help motivate you and achieve your fitness goals.. highly encourage anyone who is looking for a gym to come here.
