This is not a review of the mechanic's ability or quality of the job. It is a review of their business practices. Called the evening before to set up an appointment. When I arrived, I gave my keys and scheduled an Uber to pick me up. Right before the mechanic took the vehicle out of the lot, the front desk cashier told me that they only accept cash. Charged us more then what Firestone cost for a faulty tail light switch. Having to have Firestone replace it not even 3 months later. It's the second time we've had to have Firestone fix something we'd payed them to do already And yes I know we shouldn't of gone back after the first time but I always try to give people the benefit of the doubt

Went to the dealer and was told I needed brakes and rotors all the way around. Went to Delhi auto and re checked and only needed the front
