There was a DHL strike up until June 30th which would have caused hold ups at customs- when Jas stated that was the reason my outfit was not on time I understood that and knew that’s a risk when ordering an outfit from overseas. When my outfits did arrive, there was a colour mistake on the vest that Jas quickly owned up to and fixed as fast as possible. The owner and staff are absolutely amazing. Great price point & they went above and beyond to ensure all my outfits were ready on time.
1 star is a compliment to this place. Avoid this place unless you want to stress out and borderline have your wedding ruined. Nice guy but the guy will never tell the truth. My custom made piece took nearly 8 weeks to come and showed up the day before my wedding. I had to cancel travel arrangements so I could get the item from him. This man takes payment in full but doesn’t stand to his word.
