DO NOT hire Tony. We hired him as our lawyer for a guardianship case based on a referral, decent reviews, and our own initial judgement. He is caring and compassionate at times, but we learned too late how unprofessional he was, dragging on our case for months while racking up excessive fees, leaving the country without notifying us, and making immature comments to his client. He's a great elder law attorney. He really cares, took the time to answer all of my grandmother's questions and concerns. We originally tried to schedule with a bigger, more well-known (more reviews) elderlaw lawyer office but were kept being put off & unable to schedule for a consult appointment for at least 4+ wks.
