NY Workmens Comp is a total nightmare! I highly recommend Tom Prisco and his right hand Leslie to assist in your battle ! This dynamic duo was able to go toe to toe with WC Board in getting my Level 3 neck surgery approved . I suffered for 5 months being denied 2 times and put on a wait list for Medical Director board review . Which there is no time limit to be heard .
