I had my guy call Delgado’s Auto Repair to ask a few questions about an emissions repair service after my car failed the emissions test. Unfortunately, the interaction was very unprofessional. The person on the phone was extremely rude when we asked basic questions about the service and ended up hanging up on us. It could be because we’re Black!🤔 As customers simply trying to understand what repairs might be needed, we expected a respectful and helpful conversation. I am SUPER skiddish when it comes to any kind of car repair shop but man is Delgados AMAZING! Its first come first serve but theyre realistic and honest about time frames and potential costs. Everyone ive encountered has been beyond friendly and helpful.
I wish I could give 5 stars, yet the customer service and quality have gone down since I've been taking mine and my family's cars here for 10+ years. I took my car in September 24 to get the brakes fixed and they weren't fixed, so I took my car back and also added in suspension work. The brakes are still not fixed, and my steering wheel alignment was also much worse. So, I decided to give one more chance and called yesterday to explain.
