I needed additional stone to complete a project. They sent me something that looked nothing like the previous stone, blamed me for the error, and then refused to replace it or refund me. It was a disappointing and frustrating experience.

First and foremost, the stone is real and beautiful, Delgado stone is the real deal. JP who runs and works at Delgado in CT is amazing to work with. Not only did he deliver exactly what he promised, he was there during the whole process, fully responsive and always available. It’s nice to know that you can contact people during weekends or holidays If you need them. JP is very professional and Delgado stone is a great product.
