A Daytona Beach criminal defense attorney has been suspended for 60 days by the Florida Bar for telling one of his employees to get witnesses to sign a quit-claim deed even though they did not witness the deed’s signing. David R. Damore is prohibited from practicing law for 60 days. Damore was given 30 days to close out his practice of law after the state Supreme Court approved his conditional guilty plea.
