When the unfortunate happens, it’s nice to know there are people you can trust, so I wanted to share our recommendation for Heating and Air: Alfredo Delgadillo was AWESOME! Our AC went out, and they helped make a crappy situation less painful. They were professional, trustworthy, precise, and clean! Worked with this service through Alison White Homes and was led to believe his work was completed so we paid him. However after moving in, realized a significant portion wasn't done and reached out and was put off for multiple weeks. Eventually we had to go with another contractor and pay an additional $3300 for work Alfredo was supposed to complete. He has still not responded with a plan, just 10+ messages of excuses that he is too busy for almost 2 months. I don't like posting negative reviews but his service has been so b... read more
